Nikita has over three years of experience in the development sector. Prior to joining DMEO as an Economic Officer, she was working with Ipsos Research Private Ltd. and Pahle India Foundation across the domains of health, education, gender, sanitation and has led various large scale Monitoring and Evaluation studies such as Swachh Survekshan(Urban & Grameen), National Family Health Survey 5, Girls4Teach etc. Her areas of interest includes gender equality, education and rural development.
