Prachi Sharma

Prachi is a Commerce graduate and comes from Chartered Accountancy background. Over years, she has consulted multiple business clients including a premier cement manufacturing company of country, in regards to their audit & finance needs, and tax law compliance. In her previous role as HR Business Partner at Cipla Limited, she handled employee life cycle of 1000+ salesforce personnel and monitored manpower budget of over Rs. 200 Crores, while closely partnering with the CSR wing of the Company. In total seven years of professional experience, Prachi has developed herself as a techno-commercial people's manager with expertise in stakeholder management, team development and strategic decision making.
