Sushma is a social development professional with experience in working at the grassroots as well as in the capacity of advisor/consultant to the District Collectors for over five years across multiple sectors-education, health, skill development, financial inclusion, agriculture, and basic infrastructure-in multiple Indian states (Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & Odisha).
She has been part of two national-level fellowships- SBI Youth for India and the Aspirational District Fellowship.
She is experienced in data management, gap analysis, project planning and implementation through liaising with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Companies with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and the government-District, State and Centre. Monitoring & Evaluation and setting up processes are her core strengths.
