Vijender Kumar

Vijender has over eight years of experience in the Development sector. He has worked across different research domains of agriculture, child and maternal health, education, gender and governance, in-and out-of-school sexual and reproductive health rights, life skills education, micro-insurance, quality of maternal health care, water, and sanitation, and so on. He has previously worked with corporate houses, NGOs,  and on projects of State and UTs governments and international donors like BMGF, DFID, UNDP, UNICEF, World Bank, etc. across India. During his tenure with different organizations, he has led various large-scale baseline and impact assessments and the improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of monitoring mechanisms through an integrated cloud-based platform on monitoring. His core competencies include conducting grant monitoring and evaluations, capacity building in M&E, establishing monitoring and evaluation processes and systems, mixed-method evaluation designs, quantitative and qualitative analysis, primary data collection and management.
