Evaluation Theory and Practice – Experiences from the Evaluation Domain

This session was organized under the capacity building initiative in partnership with BMGF. Mr. George Grob, President at the Center for Public Program Evaluation, took the audience on a journey from understanding the origins of Program Evaluation in the US to the various ways to persuade stakeholders to undertake and use evaluations.
