Statement of Intent

DMEO has signed Statement of Intent (SoI) with Planning Department, Government of Tamil Nadu in July, 2021 to strengthen the Monitoring and Evaluation in the state. The key areas of focus of engagement will be to assist Government of Tamil Nadu in building technical capacities to build a robust M&E system in the country which include institutionalizing output outcome monitoring system, training of state officials and sharing of best practices emerging from national and international arena.

DMEO has signed Statement of Intent (SoI) with Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA) in Mar, 2021 to strengthen the Monitoring and Evaluation in the state. The key areas of focus of engagement will be to assist Government of Meghalaya in building technical capacities to build a robust M&E system in the country which include institutionalizing block level monitoring system, process mapping, training of state officials and sharing of best practices emerging from national and international arena.

DMEO has recently signed a Statement of Intent (SoI) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, which was followed by a round of meetings to finalize potential areas of engagement. Various opportunities were identified as part of the discussion, and were categorized into High-level Strategic Engagement, Short-term Tactical Engagement and Knowledge Sharing.

Short-term Tactical Engagements have been prioritized and below listed four Projects have been identified for immediate engagement:

1. Rationalization of CSS and State Development Plan schemes;
2. Rationalization of Institutions under departments based on their performance outputs;
3. Guidelines for Procurement of Technical Consultancy; and
4. Guidelines for Contractor Hiring
