From Yesterday to Tomorrow: Evaluation & its Consequence

This session was organized under the capacity building initiative in partnership with BMGF. Mr. Melvin Mark, from Pennsylvania State University explored trends in evaluation methods in the context of the history of evaluation. Mr. Mark spoke on challenges that evaluators face and on the different pathways through which evaluations have influence.
