DMEO provided me a platform to contribute towards nation building by strengthening the monitoring and evaluation systems across the length and breadth of the country. It is a great place to work surrounded by extremely amazing team members and a caring senior management. The interests of team members are always kept at the heart of decision making. I have personally emerged as a stronger individual with a two-year stint in DMEO gaining variety of skillsets such as humane approach in team management, driving multi-stakeholder collaborations and designing alternatives to push forth evidence-based decision making across all the levels of the government.
