Area of expertise and experience - worked in Establishment, Accounts and Administration sections for the last 30 years during posted in Bureau of outreach and communication (erstwhile Directorate of Field Publicity, Govt. of India ) & Development Monitoring and Evaluation, NITI Aayog, Govt. of India (erstwhile Regional Evaluation office, Govt. of India). In addition to above, I have also done work with technical side of RDMEO, Govt. of India, Chandigarh (now DMEO, NITI Aayog) to conduct field work of Evaluation studies during the period 2007-2017.
