Shashi Bhushan, a development professional having an experience of more than 2 years in the area of holistic community development. Before joining DMEO, he had worked with SOS Children’s Villages of India at Bhuj-Kutch, Gujarat on Family Strengthening Program, Kinship Care and After Care (Skill Development Program) project on themes like Education, Health, Livelihood Promotion and Development, Child Rights and Skilling. This also includes the effective implementation while monitoring and course correction to improve its impact and efficacy. Shashi has also interned with Social Audit Unit, Jharkhand (Audit of MNREGA, PMAY-G) and Kudumbashree-NRO at Gaya, Bihar. While interning with K-NRO, he did an impact study of SVEP (Start-up Village Entrepreneurship Program). His interest areas include but not limited to are Education, Rural Development, Health, Livelihood etc. and wants to work extensively in the same with focus on women and children.
