Two sessions on the ‘Theory of Change’ were led by Harini Kannan, a Research Scientist and Post-Doctoral Fellow at CLEAR/J-PAL SA. The sessions delved deep into the dynamics of how to think through the process of arriving at a desired change that an evaluation seeks to achieve. The lecture introduced to the audience to think about Theory of Change at a sectoral, organisational and programme level and discuss in detail Theory of Change in the context of a programme evaluation. The speaker also focused on the Output-Outcome Monitoring Framework (OOMF) developed by DMEO.
