Output Outcome Framework

This page provides ready access to the Output-Outcome Monitoring Framework (OOMF) documents that have been prepared for the CS/CSS schemes of the Ministries/Departments of the Government of India for the last three financial years. These documents are finalized by DMEO, NITI Aayog in consultation with respective Ministries/Departments before Union Budget is laid down in the Parliament to map financial outlays of schemes to intended outputs and outcome targets to be achieved using these outlays.
