The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) launched the Atal Jyoti Yojana (AJAY) to illuminate dark regions through the establishment of solar street lights. It is a sub-scheme under off-grid and decentralized solar application scheme of Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE)

It gives a peek into the number of LED bulbs that are distributed currently in the country. By clicking on individual states, it will take to the particular cities where these bulbs are being distributed. One can also find our distribution counters by clicking on the cities. It updates on a real-time basis and gives additional information on total energy savings, carbon emission reduction and peak demand avoidance that this programme has led to.

Transmission App for Real Time Monitoring & Growth (TARANG )

This web portal monitors the progress of Transmission System in the country, both Inter State and Intra State Transmission Projects through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) as well as Regulated Tariff Mechanism.This web portal also shows the prospective upcoming Inter State as well as Intra State Projects along with NITs being floated by different Transmission Utilities Pan India.

National Power Portal

NPP is centralised system for Indian Power Sector. ‎It will facilitate online data capture, input (daily, monthly, annually) from generation, transmission and distribution utilities in country. ‎It will also disseminate Power Sector Information (operational, capacity, demand, supply, consumption etc) through various analysed reports, graphs, statistics for generation, transmission and distribution at all India, state, regional level for central, state and private sector

FY2016 Ex-Post Evaluation of Japanese ODA Loan Project “Integrated Natural Resource Management and Poverty Reduction Project in Haryana”

The objectives of the project were to restore forests and improve the living standards of residents in Haryana State, northern India, by afforestation, soil and water conservation, poverty reduction, technical assistance and supporting activities, thereby contributing to forest conservation and the promotion of sustainable forest management in the state. Implementation of the project was highly relevant to India’s development plan and development needs, as well as to Japan’s ODA policy at the time of appraisal
