Shubhi has 9 years of experience in IT service management, data-driven reporting, and evaluation-oriented work. She has contributed to IT service delivery management for international bank projects, facilitated IT support for mission-driven teams, and supported technology evaluations. She has also worked on Project Management Office activities. Prior to joining DMEO, she held roles at HCL Technologies, World Bank (IBRD), and Hexaware Technologies. At DMEO, she has contributed to the development, maintenance, and governance of the VEDAM Portal (Vision for Evaluation, Development And Monitoring), helping strengthen digital systems for monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making.
