Neeti Prakash

Neeti is a development professional with experience in child rights, local governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and research-based advocacy. Prior to joining DMEO, she was working with National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC Ltd) as a CSR executive where she led design, implementation, and monitoring of welfare initiatives for five villages in Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh, in a wide range of sectors including education, health, sanitation, and infrastructure development. She has also worked with Tata Institute for Social Sciences, Mumbai on conducting impact evaluations for CSR initiatives undertaken by major corporations across India. Her research and fieldwork experience has given her opportunities to work extensively with women and adolescents in need, children in conflict with law, internally displaced individuals as well as with stakeholders in government and non-government systems. Her research interests include education, migration, and social welfare delivery systems.
