Work Experience
As an individual interested in the Evidence-based Policy making process, Shreya has cultivated experiences with the Andhra Pradesh Government's Food Processing Department and as a Legislative Assistant to a Member of Parliament. Her research interests lie in the sphere of Labour studies, an area she began exploring with her MPhil Thesis titled "Exploring Rural Labour Markets using a Behavioural lens: a case study of MGNREGS" following which she worked with the Labour Bureau of India and the ILO in research capacities.
