Ashutosh is a development professional with nearly five years of experience across rural development, Skill development and Youth Engagement, Women and Child Development, Capacity Building, and Public Policy Implementation.
He previously served as a Research Associate (CM Fellow) with the Atal Bihari Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis, Government of Madhya Pradesh, supporting district administration in strengthening governance systems and improving last-mile delivery.
He has contributed to high-impact initiatives in youth skilling, women’s empowerment, WASH, nutrition, early childhood development, and public service delivery, with a focus on grassroots outcomes.
His key interests include public policy, monitoring and evaluation, livelihood systems, capacity building, and institutional strengthening.
