I am a seasoned professional with a strong academic foundation in Geography, holding a graduate degree from Delhi University and a master's degree from Delhi School of Economics. Driven by a passion for social and development issues, I furthered my education with a second master's in Development Studies from TISS, Mumbai.
Throughout my career, which spans over 2.5 years, I have actively engaged in the social and development sector, collaborating with diverse organizations such as Municipal Corporation of South Bombay, Thinkthrough Consultancy, Samhita Collective Goods Foundation, among others. My roles have been varied, including a significant tenure as a Block Project Manager with the Government of Rajasthan on its NRLM project RGAVP, where I honed my project management skills.
One of the highlights of my career was serving as a Young Professional with the Ministry of Women and Child Development in collaboration with EY. At the heart of the Central Project Management Unit - Mission Vatsalya, I played a pivotal role in the end-to-end implementation of the Mission Vatsalya Scheme. My responsibilities included coordination with States/UTs, formulation of scheme guidelines, fund allocation, monitoring, evaluation, and documentation.
My skills encompass project management, qualitative and quantitative research, impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation, as well as proficient documentation and presentation of data. I have a proven track record in handling diverse tasks such as proposal development, report writing, RTI replies, parliamentary questions, VIP references, and monthly reports.
