Understanding Impact Evaluations Methods

Megha Pradhan is a Senior Policy and Training Manager at J-PAL South Asia, where she leads the Education and Gender sectors. This lecture was the first session in the series - “Understanding and choosing appropriate impact evaluation methods”. This lecture introduced the participants to basic concepts around impact evaluation and highlighted the various assumptions behind measuring impact of programmes using a few non-experimental and quasi-experimental methods of impact evaluation as examples.
