Organizational set-up

DMEO is headed by the Director General (DG). At the NITI Aayog level, the evaluation work is being looked after under the overall guidance of Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog. In addition to the DG, the DMEO is envisaged to have additional posts of Deputy Director Generals (SAG level) to look after the functional mandate. The logistics and administrative support to the functional Divisions is to be provided by the Administrative & Finance Division, again headed by a Joint Secretary level officer.
