Training of Research Associates recruited under the Chief Minister’s Young Professional Development Programme (CMYPDP)

DMEO has collaborated with AIGGPA for imparting training in Monitoring & Evaluation to 52 Research Associates recruited under the Chief Minister’s Young Professional Development Programme (CMYPDP) of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. 

 

The first round of training was organized virtually on 8th January 2022 wherein three sessions were conducted to familiarize trainees with the technical and operational aspects of monitoring and evaluation (M&E). These sessions focused on: Basics of M&E, Output-Outcome Monitoring Framework (OOMF), and Monitoring in Aspirational Districts. 

 

The second round of training was organised physically from April 4-5, 2022 in New Delhi. The first day of the training programme sensitised the young officers about the policy initiatives undertaken by NITI Aayog. The sessions held during the second day focused on the monitoring initiatives undertaken by DMEO and the fundamentals of evaluations and its methodologies.
