Ishika Kumar

Ishika has about a decade of experience in research, planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning. She is experienced in instituting MEL units - systems and processes in small and large-scale non-profit organizations and has worked across sectors – Health, Education, Sanitation, Trafficking, Modern Slavery etc. She has extensively worked on strengthening monitoring processes using advanced tools and technology. She has built conceptual and logical frameworks for evidence-based implementation of programs/ interventions. Before joining DMEO, Niti Aayog, she was working with international NGOs and consultancies like Aangan Trust, The American India Foundation and Ernst & Young.
