Started as a Product and strategy consultant with SRKay Consulting Group in Pune. Later worked at the grassroots level in states like West Bengal and Bihar. Gained experince in governance sector by working on projects like Didi ke Bolo and Duare Sarkar with the West Bengal Government. Worked with Poverty and Human Development Monitoring Agency (PHDMA) in Odisha and worked in Education Department, SC ST and OBC Department and Planning and Convergence Department in various initiatives like MO School, Mukhyamantri Jan Jati Jeevika Yojna and Governance Atlas etc. After joining DMEO i have been assigned in the project to develop the monitoring and evaluation capacity at the states across India
